E-Mail Account
Employees in research need a mail account at the University of Tübingen.
Here (Section 1.) is the link to the form for ordering a ZDV account.

#Guest Accounts
If you are conducting your research at the University of Tübingen on a temporary basis and do not have an employment contract with the University of Tübingen, the Welcome Center for International Researchers can apply for an e-mail account and a university card for you. In this case, please write an e-mail to: welcomecenter@uni-tuebingen.de
#Functional E-Mail Addresses
Functional mail addresses can be applied for via the normal university mail address application.
Please manually add the following note on the application: "Bitte Funktions-E-Mail-Adresse anlegen: NameOfAdress@medizin.uni-tuebingen.de"
#Prolongation of your Account
Your contract is ending but you still need your university account for some weeks?
Please ask your supervisor/group leader to get your university account prolongated at the GBIT:
