Remote access to the clinic does not work

Problems with remote access to the clinic network ("Fernzugang") can be caused by an outdated version of the Citrix Client.

"Citrix Client" is now called "Citrix Receiver for Windows".

To solve the problem, the latest Citrix Receiver for Windows must be downloaded and installed.

For this action you need administrator rights. Install the software without specifying an account (click always the next button). After that a remote connection should be possible again.
