#Things to know about Bacula
In the area of backup, we cooperate with our colleagues at the University of Ulm. The data on their computers is backed up from there by the Bacula servers. Bacula clients are available for all common operating systems. After registering your computer you will receive the appropriate client and the required configuration files from us. If on their side the installation is completed an initial backup (full backup) is performed. If this was successful, your system will be included in the regular backup. A suitable, regular time for the backup of your data can be arranged in consultation with you. Bacula offers the possibility to backup data up to at least 3 months back (Restore). It is possible to select the data on a daily basis.
There is a charge for this service!
