zoom

#zoom via University

A Zoom license can be obtained from the university for academic purposes. You don't have to be a teacher to be eligible for receiving one.

#Zoom for students

Enrolled students can get a full Zoom license (up to 300 participants, with no time limit for the meetings). To do this, send an e-mail with your student e-mail address to: zoom-admin.student@uni-tuebingen.de

#Zoom for employees

Send a request to zoom-admin@uni-tuebingen.de via your university email and introduce yourself as a member of the Hertie Institute looking for a Zoom license for academic purposes. You'll get a reply with a link to activate your licensed account which you can use to create a new Zoom account using your university email address as explained in the ZDV website.

#zoom via Clinic

Anyone with a clinic e-mail address (...@med.uni-tuebingen.de) can use zoom free of charge. Registration is currently still possible without 2-factor authentication, i.e. it is not necessary to retrieve the clinic emails for zoom.

#Login to zoom via "SSO"

#large meeting license (500 participants)

This license will be assigned to you on request. The application is made via wolfram.schillinger@med.uni-tuebingen.de or av-medien@med.uni-tuebingen.de
